Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is incredible, right on the falls of the Clyde with breathtaking views. The rooms were cozy and had everything I needed, including 2 double beds. The service was top-notch, with the friendly staff going out of their way to accommodate my requests. The dining experience was a highlight, especially the mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew. However, the burnt toast was a bit disappointing. I found the overall value for money to be excellent.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with mesmerizing views of the Clyde from my window. The friendly staff made special arrangements for me, although I felt they could benefit from more supervision in customer service. The location was perfect for my short stopover, allowing me to admire the stunning Falls of Clyde waterfalls.
The hotel offers stunning views of the Clyde and a convenient location to admire the beauty of the falls. The service provided was exceptional, with special arrangements made to meet my needs. However, management issues were apparent, affecting the overall experience.
The hotel sits in a prime location, surrounded by scenic attractions and with plenty of things to do nearby. The service is friendly but could benefit from more supervision to enhance customer experience. The dining experience offers a good selection of options but may fall short for those looking for specific items. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is situated in a breathtaking location right on the falls of the Clyde, offering stunning views and plenty of nearby attractions to explore. The rooms are cozy and equipped with standard facilities, although some overlook the car park instead of the forest. The service from the friendly staff was exceptional, with special arrangements made upon request. While the dining options were somewhat limited, the hotel's restaurant provided a decent selection. Overall, the hotel offers a memorable stay with a perfect backdrop, but some areas may need improvement.
The hotel has beautiful views of the Clyde and offers all facilities, but could benefit from more supervision and training in customer service. My stay was enjoyable overall.
